One of my key aspirations is to model, to continuously practice what I teach. Occasionally, I hit the mark, sometimes, I fall short. I engage a momentum truth statement to keep me on track:
“I do my best, allowing grace and mercy to cover my shortcomings, not allowing my shortcomings to become an excuse for less than best.”
Recently, the Ninety Day Jump Start momentum package has become a popular way for individuals to get unstuck and launch momentum on what matters most.
I am continuously inspired by the work, and more importantly the positive energy and delightful personality of Bryan Sykes. As previously mentioned, coaches today love to site neuroscience. It is a hot topic. Coach to neuroplasticity. One small problem, most of us throw around terms with little understanding. I resemble that remark. But Bryan Sykes is a neuroscientist, an athlete and an expert on training optimized human performance.

I am the case study. My desired outcome is to improve the focus of the Inner CEO, up level my business game to match the excellence in delivering coaching and training.
Whatever I learn, I promise to teach. My growth is your opportunity. We are in this together.
