Your people are your greatest investment. If you manage them ineffectively your turnover and costs go up, while morale and productivity decline. So, how do we fix a “people problem?”
Talent Optimization can help you address your people problems more strategically.
In short, Talent Optimization is a process, platform and tools that enables entire organizations to align their people strategy with business strategy for optimal business results. Predictive Index offers a complete Talent Optimization platform, not just an assessment. Diamond Mind is proud to be a Predictive Index partner! This partnership allows you to leverage scientifically validated people data, combined with proven communication strategies to support your team development while maintaining alignment to your top business goals.
It is especially critical to HR leaders, C-suite executives and managers who lead dynamic teams and care about:
Building loyalty to minimize turn-over
A recent survey of CEOs indicated that 88% of leaders don’t do this. And, even if they do, they do it intuitively and can’t clearly articulate the alignment. It’s fascinating to see the difference if you ask them, “What is your business strategy?” You’ll hear clear strategy, S.M.A.RT goals. But when you ask, “What is your people strategy?” It becomes vague, convoluted. All these smart people say things like, “We seek to recruit and retain the best and brightest.” Good for you! Now what?
Human development professionals have long disliked the term “soft skills.” It implies “less important.” Yet, we all know what happens when these skills are missing. These skills can be as hard to master as they are to measure. As certified Talent Optimization Specialists and a Predictive Index Partner, Diamond Mind can help on both fronts. That means we can help you make a people strategy, map a plan to success coach the skills necessary to execute, and even measure it.
Whether the engagement is one-on-one, for teams, or even for big, complex organizations, we provide coaching, workshops, training, and consulting to help people observe, understand, and make the most of their rich potential. We tailor our approach to meet clients where they are and bring them to the results they seek.
Our team shares a deep passion for the Diamond Mind core ideal. We all have deep reservoirs of untapped talent and it is our responsibility to develop these talents and express them in the world.
