Building Resilience With Appreciative Inquiry

A Leadership Journey Through Hope, Despair, And Forgiveness

“The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock.”
Matthew 7:25

The storms of life come and pass. Promise.

Picture of a storm passing to demonstrate the Building Resilience with Appreciative Inquiry.

But resilience is more than just weathering the storm and surviving. Resilience, through  appreciative lenses is about fully embracing all that is life, with hope, positive expectancy, an ability to co-create possibilities (leadership) in all its seasons, preferred and not so much. Appreciative resilience.

I am confident you will enjoy and benefit from ruminating on the stories, poems, and guidance in the wonderful book Building Resilience with Appreciative Inquiry.

Please listen to this inspiring interview with co-authors Dr. Joan MacArthur-Blair and Dr. Jeanie Cockell.

As always, we’d love to hear from you.
