As a Human Resources (HR) coach, e-course creator, speaker and entrepreneur, Maggie is passionate about the role HR plays in people’s lives. Maggie’s knowledge and experience are both deep and wide. She has spent her career in both public and private organizations of all sizes, small to global, Fortune 500. Additionally, Maggie is forward-thinking, innovative, and focused on the overall success of organizations.
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Maggie currently holds four (4) active HR certifications:
- Predictive Index (PI) Talent Optimization Consultant
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner
- SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI
- SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM
She is trained in the Korn Ferry Leadership Framework and in Prosci ADKAR Change Management.
