Participants in my program answer quickly when prompted about the definition of insanity. Attributed to Einstein (although no evidence he coined the phrase), we are all familiar of the insanity of doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results.

Let’s riff off that definition: “Insanity is having the same conversations repeatedly and expecting different results.” 

I work only with successful people which means, for the most part, your relationships are good, and you produce favorable results. And yet, if you’ll join me in tough love, there are also stale relationships and areas of recurring upset.

Restoring sanity in that area requires a NEW CONVERSATION for change.
